PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity by:
supporting
families and friends and helping them to understand those who are glbt,
educating
society and working to dispel myths and misinformation about homosexuality, and
advocating
to end discrimination and secure equal rights for all persons including those who are glbt.
